"The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. As soon as we walked into our room, all four members of my family saw huge brown stains on the window shades. Additionally, the hallway floors creaked and two members of our family were awoken by very loud creaking early in the morning when someone in the room above us walked around. We just expected better.
