It was amazing. Ultra clean. Excellent price for what you get. It is very close to the city centre. Beach are also pretty close. I dont havr any negative thoughts about this hotel.

It's my second time staying here A few notes to improve The path walking to the old town needs some serious lightning at night. I understand it's not part of the property but the hotel should work with the city to put some lighting at night. It can get very sketchy coming back at night. If I'm ordering food in the outside area, don't make the customer go inside to pay, I'm paying a premium for this service. It's called dine in for a reason. The jacuzzi wasn't warm Everything else was great, breakfast was amazing, the pool and the room was spacious.

Great stop for a night. Modern furnishings and look. Friendly as expected place to stay. Large elevators to carry a bicycle. Recommended for a stop. Quiet location so great night rest on your way via islands.

4* Hotel - enjoyed my stay

Superb service. The hotel staff were very friendly very helpful when needed, they provided a large food selection for breakfast and a decent menu for lunch and dinner. Considering that the hotel was fairly new it was very clean very tidy and presentable. The location was for a good as short-distance walk to the town centre to the beach and all the local shops. They have an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi, basic gym, massage room and sauna.

Fraud experience.

They had not my reservation. They want to charge me a double price that I already paid to you. So it will cost me triple. And all without an bills, neather from you or the hotel. At the reception they never heard about your app and they said it is a fraud. I think you make a fraudulent payment to me, so I will advice my bank, first thing in the morning.

Die Lage ist toll, alles was man braucht auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Viele schöne Strände mit dem Auto nach kurzer Fahrt zu erreichen. Pool, Zimmer und Essen gut. Personal auch nett und hilfsbereit. Check in war für uns erst ab 15:15 möglich, schade. Es wirkte auch so, als käme man mit diversen Reparaturen nicht nach. Wir würden aber sicher wieder dort übernachten

In ieder geval geen 4 sterren waard. Hooguit 3.

Zodra je het hotel verlaat ziet de omgeving eruit als een grote vuilnisbelt. Overal ligt troep en afval. Hotel zelf was ok, maar hooguit 3 sterren waard. Ontbijt was verschrikkelijk. Koffie niet te drinken, geen verse sappen, worst was altijd al verkleurd omdat het niet gekoeld was. Fruit deels beschimmeld. Weinig variatie. Personeel ook niet altijd vriendelijk. Kamer werd altijd pas schoongemaakt nadat ik in de late middag zelf had gebeld, omdat er niemand was geweest. In de villa naast ons nam een groep van ca 16 jonge mensen hun intrek. Wat een herrie. Leek wel een nachtclub. Gemeld aan de receptie, maar daar werden enkel de schouders opgehaald. Ons zien ze hier in ieder geval nooit meer terug. Enkel de medewerker van de roomservice was altijd erg vriendelijk.

Tout était super. Chambre avec vu piscine, calme, grande,… Ménage pas très bien effectué ( bouteille d’eau dans le minibar des précédents clients, pas de produits d’hygiène,…) des petites soucis vite résolus par le personnel très gentils du ménage. Petit déjeuner très bon, piscine et cadre agréable. Check in facile,… Jusqu’au moment du Check out qui m’a laissé un mauvais souvenirs et des angoisses. Présence à l’accueil 24/24. Je dois partir tôt (5h30 environ car je devais être à l’aéroport de Zadar à 7h30 et qu’il n’y a pas de transport ) Le monsieur de l’accueil que j’avais du mal à comprendre, m’a alors dis que le Check out avancé était normalement payant (jamais vu ça) et qu’il voulait checker que j’avais bien payé. Je lui montres mon reçu de paiement d’expédia et il trouve le montant étrange. L’échange en anglais était compliqué. Il me demande de payer 1500€ car c’est normalement le prix de la chambre et pas du tout le prix d’expédia (275€ environ). Bref je lui explique que je ne comprends pas, que j’ai payé sur expédia et que si c’est pas le bon montant c’est pas mon problème. Je reste dans la peur que l’hôtel me prélève sur mon compte en banque alors que j’ai payé sur expédia. Dommage de finir sur ça alors que le séjour était parfait.

L'accueil est très souriant, sympathique et bienveillant. Nous avons aussi apprécié le restaurant avec des ingrédients goûteux et parfaitement cuisinés. Pareil pour le service, très professionnel (description et traduction pour la composition des plats). Le site de l'hôtel est parfaitement propre, la piscine et le spa sont très agréables. Juste dommage que le chemin vers la mer soit mal signalé et la vue sur des terrains vagues mais l'hôtel n'y peut rien !

Great stay, very comfortable!

This was a very comfortable hotel with a nice bed, good A/C, nice balcony, and working wifi. The bathroom was spacious and had good water running. The location is quite convenient in Novalja as well, as it's an easy 15 minute walk to center of downtown.
