Very bright open space penthouse (60 sqm) with air conditioning and large terrace (150 sqm) ideal for couples or families with 1-2 children / teens.
Very large living / sleeping area with the following beds: 2 in a quality double sofa bed with 12cm mattress; 2 in single beds. Living room with TV 28 "and a library available to guests.
Fully equipped dining / kitchen area (oven and microwave).
Bathroom with shower; wall-mounted washbasin, toilet and bidet.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und nicht fremd. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Auto erforderlich für die unzähligen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Region, wenn es nicht nur Badeurlaub werden soll.

Il grande terrazzo è una meraviglia

L'Attico è al terzo piano, davanti alla pineta e al mare, che si ammira a lato. Essendo un piano unico esposto principalmente a sud il venticello che proviene dalle montagne consente di avere sempre una fresca brezza anche nelle ore più calde. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili, per ogni eventuale richiesta. Il parcheggio su strada non presenta difficoltà il palazzo è su una strada interna. Si trova a pochi passi da supermercati e al centro della cittadina. Per raggiungere la spiaggia si consiglia l'auto, anche se non è distante. L'appartamento è completo di tutto, La cucina è gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi. Speriamo di ritornarci presto.

Fabienne und Carlo sind wunderbare Gastgeber und sie haben uns empfangen wie gute Freunde. Aber genauso hervorragend wie die Gastgeber hat uns auch die Wohnung gefallen. In dem modern, geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienzuhause haben wir uns rundum sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist allerding die riesige Dachterrasse, für die allein es sich schon lohnt, diese Wohnung zu wählen. Wir waren begeistert von Wohnung und Gastgebern und danken Fabienne und Carlo für die Herzlichkeit und die guten Gespräche!

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, comodo e arredato con gusto, ma la cosa più spettacolare è il terrazzo grandissimo che offre una vista fantastica. I proprietari sono persone molto gentili e disponibili e forniscono numerosi suggerimenti relativi ai luoghi da visitare e ai posti dove mangiare.

Entspannender Urlaub in der Vorsaison

Unser Ferienquartier in Nova Siri war etwas schwierig zu finden, aber nach einem Anruf klärte sich das schnell.Die Wohnung ein großer, heller Raum, praktisch eingerichtet, die Dachterrasse der Wahnsinn mit Rundumblick über Berge und Land und Meer!Das Doppelbett für Nordeuropäer etwas ungewohnt schmal, haben aber trotzdem gut geschlafen!Die Vermieter außergewöhnlich nett und gastfreundlich, englisch, französisch und italienisch sprechend.Nova Siri ist ein kleiner netter moderner Ort, man gut und sehr preiswert einkaufen und essen gehen.Das Meer ist nicht weit und als Standort für Ausflüge nach Apulien ist es gut dort.Berauschend schön war die Fahrt vom Flughafen von Neapel durch die erstaunlichen Wälder und Berge der uns unbekannten Basilikata! Haben Lust bekommen auf Süditalien!

Wo Grün und Meer aneinander stoßen

Gerne denke ich an den Aufenthalt in Nova Siri Marina zurück. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gepflegt und der große Balkons bietet zu dem viel Raum, in dem es sich gut leben lässt. Der Blick reicht von dort aus über viel Grün bis hin zum Jonischen Meer. Wer ein ursprünglich-gebliebenes süditalienisches Örtchen in der Basilikata sucht, das vom Tourismus weitgehend verschont geblieben ist, ist hier genau richtig. Vieles lässt sich von Nova Siri aus entdecken. Und wenn man Glück hat, dann bekommt man vom Vermieter beim Heimkommen noch einen Fisch in die Hand gedrückt, den er soeben ganz frisch höchstpersönlich aus dem Meer geholt hat. Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen!

Soleil, clim' et grande terrasse

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement, la description est fidèle à la réalité. La terrasse immense permet de profiter du superbe climat, BBQ parasol et chaises longues. La plage est à 1/4 d'h environ à pied, on traverse un espace boisé (et sans voiture) pour y accéder. L'appartement est décoré simplement mais avec goût, et il est très confortable, avec la climatisation permettant de dormir au frais la nuit. La cuisine est suffisamment bien équipée pour cuisiner. Commerces à proximité, dont un poissonnier. Accueil adorable des propriétaires.

Vacanza a Nova Siri

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 settimane nell'alloggio del Sig. Carlo a Nova Siri Marina in luglio 2015 ed è stata indubbiamente un'esperienza positiva. Massimo confort e privacy. Terrazzo spazioso e attrezzato. Spiaggia relativamente vicina e mare pulito. Il paese ha servizi efficienti e tutto ciò di cui si necessita. Abbiamo conosciuto persone davvero ospitali e disponibili, sempre pronti a darci qualsiasi indicazione a noi utilte. Consigliatissimo!!!

Une région à découvrir

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Nova Siri. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, l'immense terrasse très agréable à vivre. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathiques. Cette région est idéale pour se reposer, profiter du soleil et des nombreuses plages variées (sables, galets...), la visite de la ville de Matera est également à ne pas manquer. Nova Siri est à la fois paisible et dynamique pour ses animations.

"Vacanza che ha corrisposto esattamente alla nostre esigenze, quelle di una coppia con bimbo piccolo. L''appartamento è molto spazioso, ancor di più il terrazzo, è ben tenuto, ordinato ed è completo di ogni strumento utile allo svolgimento delle attività quotidiane di una famiglia. I proprietari si sono pure premurati di lasciare in consultazione cartine e volantini sulle iniziative culturali e gastronomiche della zona, ottimo spunto per eventuali gite. La vicinanza alla ferriovia non ha costiutito un problema, i treni merci che passano sono pochi e piccoli. A Nova Siri tutto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal supermercato alla farmacia, dalla caffetteria alla pizzeria, ecc...nonostante si tratti di un piccolo paese ha denotato una certa vivacità nelle iniziative culturali come cinemadamare, eventi enogastronomici e concerti di vario tipo. Il mare è relativamente vicino, dista meno di 1 km, la starda è percorribile sia a piedi che in bicicletta (peccato non ci sia un servizio di noleggio), conviene comunque usare l''auto per scegliere la spiaggia, molti posti auto e parcheggio gratuito. La spiaggia di sabbia e sassolini, è sia attrezzata che libera, non affollata, abbastanza pulita e per certi versi ancora incontaminata, il mare è pulito e cristallino."

Ottima soluzione a un prezzo molto conveniente

L'appartamento è molto grazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort. E' composto da un grande soggiorno, dove si dorme in un divano letto, una spaziosa cucina, accessoriata di tutto, e un bagno, nuovissimo e ben rifinito. La vera chicca è comunque l'ampissimo terrazzo, da cui da un lato si scorge il mare, dotato di barbecue, tavolo, sedie e ombrellone. Lo stabile è nuovo e sorge in una posizione comoda rispetto al centro abitato, raggiungibile a piedi. La zona è tranquilla, piacevole ed economica. I proprietari sono bravissime persone, disponibili e molto gentili . All'interno dell'appartamento potrete trovare anche cartine, brochure di sagre, eventi, etc. In generale, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'attico rispetta in tutt...

L'attico rispetta in tutto e per tutto la descrizione contenuta nell'annuncio. E' dotato di ogni tipo di attrezzatura (oggetti per la cucina, bagno ecc...), ed essendo un appartamento utilizzato dai proprietari conserva le caratteristiche di una casa vissuta (non è per nulla impersonale). La casa è ben coibentata e dotata di condizionatori (2) molto efficienti. Il terrazzo è enorme e molto ben tenuto, dotato di barbecue, lettino, tavolo e ombrellone.I proprietari (residenti nello stabile) sono estremamente gentili e disponibili. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per coppie o famiglie con bambini piccoli. La spiaggia, distante circa 800 m, è raggiungibile a piedi o facilmente in macchina senza problemi di parcheggio. Gli stabilimenti, costruiti all'insegna del rispetto della naturalità del posto, sono molto economici e permettono di godere di un mare molto pulito.
