"We booked the holiday literally two days before leaving as originally were going to Marrakesh. We were very pleased with the reception staff and the guest relations manger Sid came and explained to us the facilities at the all inclusive resort. Throughout our stay the staff were very helpful and went an extra mile to make our stay memorable. The food quality and quantity were outstanding with loads of options and variety of different cuisines every day from breakfast to dinner. The patisserie had different varieties of teas and coffees. They had fresh cakes and pastries every day. My children loved the burgers at the burger bars. The beach bar had variety of mocktails and food. Every night there was a concert at the stage next to the beach for the guests staying at the resort. The rooms were really high standard with minibar and the change or toiletries and linen , towels every day. The rooms had beach tote bag with beach towels. I would like to thank the management at the resort for their hospitality and attention to detail. We were particularly impressed with the Covid hygiene measures. We have decided to rebook next year- Airport transfer could have been included in the package fee. Overall amazing experience- thank you 😊"

"The location is lovely, and why I chose the hotel, quiet and overlooking the river. Staff welcome and friendliness was not present. Room nice and overlooking river, but only a light cotton bedspread and no sheet, no spare blanket in the closet. When I checked out I had to remind them that I needed to pay, he gave me a conversion of the Euro cost and I paid by card. I was then told that breakfast was at the hotel across the street, so never got to use the nice room by the river. Very mediocre Turkish breakfast. When I came out the reception guy was waiting to say he had given me the wrong conversion and I owed them 44tl more. I paid, but was left with a disappointed feeling. I live in Turkey and have not experienced such a lack of hospitality and warmth before."

"Otel fiyat performans olarak iyi bir oteldi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi . Resepsiyon müdürü beyefendiye teşekkür ederim ilgililerdi. Havuz deniz animasyon yeterli seviyedeydi. Eksik olarak yemekler daha lezzetli yapılabilir yemeğin ne olduğu değil lezzeti önemlidir bence . Et olmaz ama sebze yemekleri vs lezzetli yapılabilir. Bir de odalarda banyodan koku geliyor bu iki eksik giderilirse bence çok iyi bir otel olur . "

"Ausstattung allgemein Architektur und Gestaltung der Zimmer hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Essen hat mittelmäßig geschmeckt. Ich fand es schade das 4Rutschen im Aquapark nicht benützten konnten da es gesperrt war was ich sehr schade fand denn wenn ich für die Unterkunft bezahle möchte ich alles testen können. Ein Dame im Aquapark hat mir besonders aufgefallen da sie sehr unfreundlich zu Ihre Kollegen war und sich untereinander gestritten haben die Stimmung war sehr angespannt bei der rutsche oben das war am 23.8.2021 am nächsten Tag war sie gleich mies drauf dewegen bin ich am dritten Tag nicht gegangen . Am Strand war kein Service da die unsere Bestellungen aufnimmt wir mussten ständig hin und her gehen. App Service hat mir sehr gut gefallen. "
