1990's decor in the room,up dated bathroom, huge wardrobes. No luggage racks,except for a small cut out. Once again we had to improvise. Bed's comfortable. Parking off road awesome, breakfast ok,staff were a little tired and weren't helpful as they tried to close well before 11oclock. Obviously not happy with people on holiday when they weren't. Front counter staff helpful and very accommodating. Casino was clean and fun.

Enjoyed la perla

Easy checkin at desk. Staff was very welcoming, efficient. Easy to park garage. Very nice indoor pool in basement with hot tubs . We enjoyed swimming. Also had good breakfast buffet.

This property looks great from outside but it needs a full renovation badly. It felt like walking into a hotel in the early 90s. Carpets in the rooms are worn out and faded. Staff don’t show a lot of enthusiasm for what they do. Housekeeping was the worst. Upon arrival I noticed duvets were not very clean. A lot of hair on and in the duvet. I had to ask for them to be replaced. The shampoo and body wash container in the bathroom was empty throughout my stay. I travel with my own so didn’t need it but was waiting for housekeeping to noticed. I even tipped the cleaner one day hoping they’ll do a bit extra but no improvements. Although rooms were cleaned daily, staff did not change used glasses throughout the room even if they had wine from the day before. The casino, coffee shop, and location is all this property has going for it.

Sehr großes Hotel, gut gelegen in der Innenstadt. Angeschlossen ist ein großes Casino, ich war aber nicht drin. Viele italienische Gäste, sie sind nicht zu überhören. Das Zimmer war super ruhig. Es war sauber und genug Platz. Matratzen haben auch gepasst. Ein Wasserkocher kann angefordert werden. Das Frühstück hat mich nicht so überzeugt, vor allem nicht der fensterlose Raum. Veganern haben es hier schwer. Wellnesseinrichtungen hätten extra gekostet, ich habe darauf verzichtet. Auch einen Bademantel habe ich vermisst. Etwas schwach für vier Sterne Superior. Besonderen Dank an den deutsch sprechenden Herrn an der Rezeption. Ich kann das Hotel insgesamt empfehlen.

La permanenza al Perla è stata più che buona . Unica pecca è che il servizio della colazione finisce 20 minuti prima delle 11.00. Iniziano a togliere tutto ancora quanto ci sono i clienti e già prima della fine del sevizio non c’erano più brioche e non le hanno nemmeno rimesse

I was in Slovenia for work and I just stopped there overnight. I hate casino but I have to say that the hotel is clean and confortable the personel quite nice and if you don't want to play nohing can bother you cause the hotel is quite well soundproofed. There's a big parking included the breakfast is quite nice and the food in the restaurant is delicious

Un normale hotel che non eccelle per lusso o altro. In bagno il tubo del lavandino perdeva acqua. La wifi con codice ogni frazione di minuto si disconetteva.

A nice hotel with spa in a beautiful area

Middle in the vineyards, at the sunny side of the Alps, the hotel offers spa and other facilities to relax, however, if you don't mind that a huge casino is located at the first floor. The restaurants (altogether three different ones) offer very good food and reasonable prices. The breakfast is all right, but it could be improved.
