"We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was so helpful, both before and during our stay. Our train from Vienna was cancelled twice and rescheduled in one day and they were kind enough to rearrange our transfers from the station to the hotel twice. We were greeted with a lovely treat on our room upon arrival, which was much appreciated after a long frustrating day of travel. Our room was very comfortable and clean. We did not have breakfast there, but I heard that it is excellent. It is a great location with easy access to the tram just down the block and around the corner. We can highly recommend this property!"

"Breakfast was good. Coffee machine broke our first morning so you black coffee only. But it didn’t stop us enjoying a lovely breakfast each morning "

"Breakfast was a bit of free for all. No-one greeted you and sat you to a table - surprising that no-one checked our room number after day1. This meant people hovering for a seat as you normally see in a busy MacDonalds. The breakfast in terms of continental was ok. The hot breakfast was unfortunately lacking - it was luke warm and some too hard and inedible. But the hotel in its decor and facilities otherwise was very good. Also surprised that activities in Krakow were not promoted with reputable organisations."

"Great location but does cost more. Breakfast very continental so if you like bacon & eggs this is not for you. Having said that, the choice was wide-ranging and perfectly acceptable to us."
