"It was friendly"
"Highly recommend this hotel! The staff was so incredibly kind, and its location is very safe and central. The only "downside" was that we had a bathtub in our room with no curtain and no actual shower! But other than that stay was perfect!"

It’s really a 3-star boutique hotel at a good...
"Hotel is basically lovely, very attentive staff. Room is so small we had to climb over suitcases to get around the bed"
"Room was clean but the mattress was terrible a big dip in the middle and springs sticking up … not acceptable for a 3 star hotel."
"Spotless. Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very high level of professionalism - extremely well managed. Coffee 24/7 in the lobby."
