Villa Colonia Marina is located less than 100 meters from the sea and on the main avenue of Noto Marina. Villa consists of three large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (so 3 bathrooms) and a large kitchen / dining room. There is also a large garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a storage room and a covered veranda, equipped with seats and tables.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, but is ideal for both a family and a couple.

The accommodation

Villa Colonia Marina is located less than 100 meters from the sea and on the main avenue of Noto Marina.

The residential area, the proximity to the sea, the tranquility, independence and the large garden are the strengths of this wonderful colonial villa.

The villa consists of a large garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and two wonderful palm trees where you can enjoy evenings with friends.

A covered veranda, equipped with seats and tables, for access to the house. House composed of three large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (so 3 bathrooms), a large kitchen / dining room and a bathroom.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people, but is ideal for both a family and a couple.

The villa also enjoys an outdoor shower and a storage room.

All this just a few meters from the sea, 5km from Noto, 20km from Marzamemi, 25km from Syracuse, 40km from Modica, 60 from Ragusa and 90 from Catania Airport.

Our rates are inclusive of sheets, towels, electricity, water and final cleaning.
