Not sure how this happened, but I was able to book while they were closed for the off season! I arrived to a locked building, and it was only because the kind shopkeeper next door called the owners that anything was able to be resolved. They did give me alternate accommodations at a different property nearby (Hercules suites) which was perfectly nice, but then they tried to tell me I hadn't actually been charged and needed to leave cash. When I sent screenshots of my receipt and credit card charges they let it go. Still, it was a lot of unnecessary stress and hassle, and I would not book here again.
