The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, has a large veranda equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs ideal for outdoor dining and is surrounded by a large garden. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together. The property is 200 metres from the sea and is located in the well-known recreational area of Marzamemi, an old fishing village. You can choose between the equipped beaches of the Ionian Sea or the Mediterranean Sea, with crystal clear waters. Not to be missed are the baroque monuments of the historic centre and the Cathedral of Noto. Some distances: Modica (40 km), with the archaeological sites of Cava dIspica, Scicli (55 km) nestled between mountains and sea and Catania (93 km) at the foot of Mount Etna. Just 20 km away is Pozzallo, from where you can embark for the island of Malta.
