Warm Nicolosi welcome
Warmly greeted by Nino father of our host. Very limited English but took me to the Parkrun! Host Silvio checked us officially a bit later and answered any questions about the area. The room was amazing-decorated with a Mt Etna theme - modern and comfortable. Bed comfy but firm. Would definitely recommend this B&B.

Be aware of this BELOW AVERAGE hotel for the price that you pay and don't spend your money supporting a management company that owns all these private residences around town. When we made the booking, we knew that there was no front desk and we did email them a time frame that we would arrive. We were delayed an hour, and informed the staff. There was pressure from the staff to arrive at the time they requested despite the website guaranteeing late arrival. Once we got there, complete rush to check in. There were NO toiletries and no iron (but there was enough of a dark humor to leave an ironing board lying around)-- both items were included on the website info. While this might not be a major issue, imagine if you were hiking/walking all day, or had dinner plans with local friends and came to the hotel with none of the above. And when the staff were notified, no follow-up since they don't work once they leave. To add to this experience is that when you hang your wet towels in the bathroom, rather than having hooks, there are small useless knobs, which means everything falls to the floor and you end up hanging them in the bedroom. The terrace is useless since you can only have breakfast at a nearby cafe, with only one $6 coupon for 2 people. Check out is at 10 am, so no sleeping in. We ended up supporting a local B&B the next day, where we got to sleep in, got a lovely breakfast, and have a nice shower after a long walk around Noto where it gets hot. All things you want in a

Modern, comfortable and quiet
We booked upon arrival in Noto at about 6.30pm. When we arrived we were unable to contact the host but someone managed to contact her and she promptly arrived. The room and bathroom was small but spotlessly clean, modern, new and most importantly a comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet in a small side street. We were lucky enough to find free street parking 25 metres away. Included breakfast at Cafe Costanzo was great too. Highly recommended. Thanks Noemi!

Ottima la posizione, a qualche minuto a piedi dal Duomo di Noto. Il terrazzino in comune ti fa rilassare guardando le stelle dopo le lunghe giornate sotto il sole siculo
