Economica ma minimo sindacale.
Certamente la sistemazione è stata molto economica, e la posizione vicina al centro ha favorito la scelta, però il fatto che chi gestisce le case abbia per sua ammissione molti altri appartamenti in giro per Noto da organizzare fa sì che non ci sia la necessaria cura del dettaglio e del cliente. La pulizia non era ottimale e in cucina mancavano gli utensili minimi per potersi cucinare qualcosa e c'era solo una piccola scopetta per poter pulire. Problemi di odori di scarico dal bagno.
Dopo aver avvertito che c'era un'enorme blatta (che non era per niente timida e si è lasciata fotografare) che passeggiava in salotto ci è stato risposto "capita". Non credo che sia sufficiente.
