The view

Great location and views. Lovely property. Bed could be better. And breakfast service a bit rude taking away the food sharp at 10:00am while i was serving my breakfast. Basically did bot wait 10 seconds for me. Otherwise service was great and I would recommend highly for Noto stay.

Simply a paradise

We decided to book our last night in Sicily in this amazing place after having read some very positive comments. It did not let us down, the photos really do it justice. Owned by a young couple, they greeted us with a huge smile and gave us all kind of tips for exploring the area. They showed us to our room which is finished to the highest standard and quality. The room was big, the bed super comfortable and the shower better than at a spa. We bought a bottle of Sicilian local wine from the reception and sat outside to see the sunset over the town of Noto which is only 5 minutes drive away. The views around the house are beautiful and the rustic garden nicely finished. Breakfast was included and it had a very good selection of fresh fruit, juices, cereals, jams, eggs etc. Accompanied with very nice Italian coffee. Would definitely be coming back here again and we were told they are planning to build a swimming pool in November as well! A winner all around.

Lovely small hotel with clean spacious rooms, pleasant pool with nice view. They have found a way to serve the breakfast buffet to eliminate touch points (basically you choose what you want and the waitress brings it to your table). The hotel doesn’t do dinner and we didn’t fancy driving into Noto, but they were happy for us to order pizza takeaway and eat in the breakfast room. Would definitely go back.

Top-Atmosphäre, klein und sehr überschaubar, ruhig und relaxed, genau das ist gewünscht. In ein paar Minuten ist Noto mit dem Auto erreichbar, toller Blick von der Anlage auf die Umgebung. Ein rundum sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Absolut empfehlenswert wer diesen Style wünscht. Einziges Manko, der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist stark verbesserungswürdig, Americano nur lauwarm.

We liked the layout of rooms around a central patio, following the traditional design of a Sicilian "Baglio" (courtyard). The views of beautiful city of Noto in the background are outstanding. All the property is brand new, of nice design and really good construction quality.
