Inside, a spacious living room with a sofa and TV blends harmoniously with a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining area with a table, chairs, and every amenity.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical laundry room, which is also accessible from the outside.
On the ground floor, in addition to a convenient guest bathroom, you’ll find a suite consisting of a first room with a double sofa bed and TV, and, adjacent to it, a second room with a double bedroom and a private bathroom complete with a shower. The second large bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, a desk area, and a private bathroom with a shower, has large windows that let natural light stream in, providing exceptional natural illumination. All of ALTAMIRA’s windows were specifically designed by the architect to offer glimpses of unspoiled Sicilian nature, making the villa a haven of comfort and sophistication where our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation and privacy.
An internal staircase leads to the ground floor, where a 40-square-meter suite is located.
This exclusive private space, with breathtaking views, consists of a spacious bedroom featuring a desk area separated from a second room—which includes a sitting area and a comfortable double sofa bed—by a sliding wooden partition. The spacious layout, the private bathroom with a shower, and the 20-square-meter private terrace—from which you can enjoy the ocean view—make this room the perfect family suite.
Also located on the ground floor is a panoramic terrace accessible via both the internal staircase and an external staircase. Go up one more level and you’ll find the second spacious terrace, which offers a splendid 360-degree panorama overlooking the countryside, the sea, and the picturesque town of Noto.
The outdoor area features a comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and an outdoor seating area. Next to the pool is a sunbathing area with lounge chairs. There is also a vegetable garden filled with aromatic herbs and seasonal vegetables.
In a separate wing from the main villa, nestled in the greenery and tranquility of the garden, there is an elegant guesthouse of approximately 40 square metres, designed to offer privacy, independence, and every comfort.
Inside, a comfortable double bed welcomes guests into an intimate and tastefully decorated space, complemented by a private bathroom with a modern walk-in shower.
A practical kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator and an induction cooktop, allows guests to prepare breakfast or a quick meal on their own, without having to access the villa’s main kitchen: the perfect solution for those who wish to manage their time with complete freedom.
The living area features a sofa facing the TV and a coffee table with two chairs, ideal for enjoying a meal or relaxing in a private atmosphere.
A glass door and a large window flood the space with natural light, offering a picturesque view of the sea in the distance. Blackout curtains ensure maximum comfort at any time of day.

LATE CHECK-IN: Check-in is permitted between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, late check-in is available upon request and for a fee (30 euros)
