"The room was clean but the refrigerator stopped working and I called the front desk at 6:00 am and they said someone would fix it but by 5:20 pm no had come by to fix it I called again and the sent someone to fix it he unplugged it and said it was fixed the temperature was 72 and never cooled down ..."

"Great bargain room, nothing fancy but clean and decent size. Right next to Whole foods, and Eugene Downtown but also close to U of O campus. The bathroom was where the building showed it's age the most, but nothing that affected our stay. I will stay here again as I travel to Eugene frequently"
