The property is 100m from the beach, 1 km from Dzamandzar, 5 km from Ambatoloaka, a lively seaside resort and 12 km from Hell Ville to the south and 20 minutes from the other resort of Andilana at north with its beautiful sandy beach. It is supplied with water and electricity by the city networks. A generator is there to help. An international golf course, equestrian center and water sports are nearby.
