We really enjoyed our stay. The little backyard was very nice-we saw monkeys, hummingbirds, and iguanas while sitting out there over coffee or drinks. The free daily yoga classes were also very much appreciated. For surfers, they have a big collection of surfboards of various sizes and types to use for free, and it’s a really short walk to the beach. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and helpful. And if that’s not enough, every day there’s a delicious free breakfast.

What a beautiful, lush and natural environment. We easily walked around to the beach through jungle paths. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have outdoor showers also. Not luxurious, but beautiful grounds and enough. Easy access to pool, beach, spa and gorgeous patios for dinner, coffee and juice bar. We found it a very secure and monitored hotel.

465 euros par nuit pour une chambre standard digne d’un motel de troisième catégorie, c’est juste scandaleux !! Salle de bain de 2 m2, un rideau pare douche en plastic, un mobilier datant des années soixante, pas de télévision, pas de téléphone, donc pas de services en chambre, horrible !!!

Pura love for the harmony hotel

We had the best time there! Everyone was so kind & helpful. Rooms were great & very comfortable. There was construction going on closeby which was a bit noisy in the morning which was disappointing but they were accommodating & offered to move us to another room. The juice bar & food was delicious, especially the passion fruit French toast & poke. Pool was lovely & the beach was only a 2 minute walk, a dream! The only thing that would’ve made it better would be a misquote net above the bed. We got eaten up at night although they do provide free bug spray. I would definitely revisit the harmony hotel & highly recommended it for a couple or family.

Peaceful, rejuvenating surf and yoga escape

We loved everything about Harmony, the people are especially worth a mention—the kindest, gentlest souls that go above and beyond to make meaningful connections with us. The food was incredible, especially for myself (TONS of vegetarian options, really all over Nosara is extremely Vegetarian-friendly), and our 4 year old. The juice bar is superb, having a different menu from the main dining room and great smoothings and oat balls, cookies, snacks. Great drinks—a well-made margarita, too! The room was really special, I enjoyed sleeping with the louvers open and AC off, and the outdoor shower is the only one we used the entire trip! The beach is so close by, and is extremely clean. We enjoyed surf lessons with Glen and he got us comfortable surfing as newbies. We took yoga daily—what a lovely setting, too, the best really. Massages were incredible. The people here are so lovely, and we met so many other friendly guests, this is a place where you can connect not only with yourself, nature, your partner and family, but also the warm people of the Harmony and the other travelers. We made some of our best memories here and look very forward to coming back. Maybe next month!

Staff is superb!

We had a wonderful anniversary stay! The entire staff is wonderful and trust their recommendations, they were right every time! The hotel and grounds are immaculate and the room and bathroom were spotless. Pay the extra for the bungalows; the outdoor shower, hammock, privacy and room size are worth it! Eat the hotel breakfast, it’s delicious! Don’t bother renting a car if you’re in and around nosara, an ATV or Tuk-Tuk are way easier!!! The beach is a very short walk down a dirt path and it’s lovely! Perfect for yoga devotees -very quiet and peaceful. We were very well taken care of!

Very friendly staff, excellent yoga classes (1 per day included with our stay), clean property and rooms. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temperature. Great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. I loved the free surf and boogie board rentals. Very tranquil environment and all of our needs were met. We will definitely return!

Great spot to relax and get away from it all!

We stayed at Harmony for five nights in a bungalow. It's a very relaxing spot with great staff and almost private, direct access to playa guiones - literally a 3 minute walk. The on site yoga is fantastic with a great mix of classes and teachers on offer. The restaurant does great food at a pretty reasonable price considering where it is located. There's a nice pool too. Would recommend paying more for a bungalow as they're way more private than most of the standard rooms which are just off the communal area. Enjoy!

GOOD VIBRATIONS AT HARMONY HOTEL

Each day at Harmony Hotel began with coffee made in my room and then enjoyed on the private outdoor deck where I could sit comfortably and check my work online. Around 6:30 AM, I would then proceed to the surf board checkout stand, sign out a board and then walk the private path to Playa Guiones and paddle out with all the other locals. Great, long rides in warm, clear water beneath the warm morning sunshine. Back to Harmony to shower off on the private deck of my room, and then breakfast at the Hotel....delicious. The Staff is very friendly. A little nap poolside before Yoga class and then meet friends in the spacious, relaxed Juice Bar. Thanks to David and Eduardo who were very kind and helpful.

Beautiful hotel near Playa Guinones

Grounds are amazing. Food very good, yoga class very good. Front desk does not have much info about local tours, surf schools so check Trip Advisor or other sites before you go. Rooms are lovely, we had a private terrace with outdoor shower.

Perfection

Went to Harmony for some R&R by myself. It was exactly what I needed. It was quiet, low-key, with nice amenities. The hotel itself is surrounded by lush vegetation and is just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The room itself was simple, clean, with a private back patio with a hammock and outdoor shower. Nice. The staff as a whole were very friendly and accommodating. Food was nothing short of amazing. Everything was delicious -- and it was all healthy! So nice to not indulge in a healthy way with juices, smoothies, and healthy foods. I felt recharged, at peace, and happy. Would definitely return again.
