A brand new luxury villa with 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths, nestled into the cliffside just above Guiones Beach. You can see the surf break as you sip your coffee & walk to the beach and restaurants in town. The villa has a beautiful saltwater pool with a large shallow area and outdoor dining.
