Casa Nosara is a two-story property, fully enclosed along its perimeter, with parking for 2 cars on the ground floor, a patio with hammocks, a full bathroom, and a space for preparing and enjoying meals. The upper level features a living room and kitchen with A/C, TV, 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a half-bath in the living room and kitchen area for guests, independent access to the entire property, as well as Wi-Fi, and a spacious terrace overlooking the porch. 100% safe!
Guests may use the entire property, including the upper and lower levels, parking, patio, living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and terrace. We recommend always keeping the gates closed to prevent animals in the surrounding area from entering.
Guests can contact the host through the platform, but the host will also provide a contact number for easier communication. Availability: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily, and 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. only in case of an emergency (please call in case of an emergency).
The accommodation includes a midweek cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more; if an additional cleaning is required, the guest must pay for the extra service.

The property offers a laundry service on the day the cleaning crew arrives; guests must pay the cleaning crew for this service. If laundry service is needed outside the scheduled visit, the guest may ask the host to help coordinate with an outside service.

The host offers a concierge service. If the guest needs groceries, vegetables, fruit, or general supplies, the host can provide a shopping list, and request delivery to the accommodation one day before the guest’s arrival so that everything is ready upon check-in; the guest can then pay the grocery bill to the host.

Our goal is to ensure your arrival goes smoothly and without delays. We coordinate any type of transport, activity, or service the guest may need to ensure their holiday is as fun and relaxing as they’ve dreamed it would be.
We’re here to make sure your experience and itinerary are the best they can be—navigating a foreign country can be a bit complicated, which is why—from booking surf lessons and quad bike tours to arranging a hire car, shuttle service, private driver, massage treatments, restaurant reservations, trips, special events, retreats, and private or group yoga classes—we’re here to serve our guests.
