The Space:

The house features air conditioning and ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, as well as air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, ensuring comfort throughout the entire home. There are two full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a laundry room.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all appliances, and the open living areas feature tall wood ceilings, large windows, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. Outside, guests can enjoy the private pool area with sunbeds, a grill, and a fire pit—perfect for relaxing with family and friends.




Recently renovated, Casa de Calma now offers air conditioning throughout the property, including all main living spaces, making it comfortable even on the warmest days. The airy design, natural light, and gentle breezes create a peaceful and inviting atmosphere.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the quiet and residential Pelada Beach area, the home offers privacy, tranquility, and easy access to local shops, restaurants, and some of Nosara’s most beautiful sunsets.



Within a 5-10 walk there are several bars and restaurants, including Il Peperoni and La Luna. La Bodega grocery store is 5 minutes away, offering high end produce, wine and take out food in the evenings.

Comfortable lovely vacation home

This house was awesome! It kinda made our trip honestly. Too hot to be at beach and out all day. Could go back to house and pool. Plenty of shade but sun also. The house is clean, comfortable, newer, very natural & simple but lovely. The property management was so kind and helpful. We couldn’t find house in the dark and Julio came and found us on his motorbike and took us there. Franseca was so responsive if we had any needs or questions. There was a surf shop, restaurants, and wonderful coffee shop and beach all walking distance. Playa Pelada a little quieter than Playa Guiones but you can easily walk over there or drive. Really cool place. The house and property management team exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
