The museum’s active bakery sells freshly baked goods and local crafts. This bakery dates back about 150 years and still produces delicious cinnamon buns and bread. The huge brick oven can bake up to 100 loaves of bread at a time. Stop at the working forge and see how a blacksmith makes cod-liver oil lamps and knives.
The Norwegian Fishing Village Museum is located in Sørvågen about 27 miles (44 kilometers) from the center of Lofoten.
