"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "

"I think the communication with this property and Sam was really really good! They gave us all the information we needed in clear and concise instructions. We were able to access the property with no problem and enjoyed our stay. The property is located near a lot of things so getting to grocery stores to fill the refrigerator and sightseeing Etc was a breeze. Few minor things like the dish soap was relatively watery so it was hard to wash dishes or you had to use more in order to wash dishes....

The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!"
