"Staff originally did not see my reservation as it seemed like another staff cancelled it before I arrived and there was no manager on site. The staff member did do what she could to fix the issue quickly and was very pleasant to work with. She was apologetic about the situation. Included breakfast was horrible and morning staff did not seem to want to set up additional food when they ran out. They didn’t have much food options to begin with. Staff wasn’t interested in cleaning breakfast area and seemed to have their children there while they were to be working. Staff also didn’t know how to fix machine that served yogurt and wasn’t interested in figuring it out. Room was clean and pool was nice but there were no towels available."
