Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. The hotel was nice. It was clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. London was very hot and the rooms were a little warm, but that was understandable given that it’s not that warm usually. We had everything we need while we’re there and the breakfast was wonderful.

very friendly staffs. Great location and walking distance to many tourist attraction areas, shops, restaurants and Chinatown. about 5 min walk to train station. Daily room cleaning service. room size is OK for London. Bathroom size is good and clean. I guess, recent remodeled. Just a little bit pricey, may be OK for London Soho area. Highly recommended.
