Bed was comfortable and I did appreciate the tea, sugar and milk provided , but the room itself was quite cold -with one tiny inadequate heater . Bathroom was also very cold and smelled very damp and unfortunately the toilet seat was loose and shooting off to one side. "

"If you are looking for somewhere central this apartment is in the very centre of town and the Saturday market. It is not for those less able as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. "The place was clean and bright. However we were unprepared for the atmosphere. Nowhere in the booking process did we understand that we were staying in a religious commune. We could not find the promised shared kitchen and the walls were very thin. Everyone was friendly but we only saw one last when we arrived and one when we left. We just felt the place was a bit strange."

"Excellent location for visiting Ludlow. Near shops, pubs and the castle. Welcoming friendly staff. Good breakfast though would have appreciated some fresh fruit on offer. Had dinner one night in the restaurant- food and service good. Room clean, beds comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was good except at night as opening the sliding door was the only way to get any fresh air into the room therefore making it extremely hot. Didn’t feel we could leave the door ajar as there was a staircase next to us leading into the carpark therefore felt it was a security risk. Overall though a good stay, would recommend, but don’t choose a room with a balcony!"
