"Front desk staff need some customer service training. When I approached the desk on Sunday night neither of the two young females greeted me. I had to ask if I could check in. Then the only thing spoken to me was to ask for my cc for incidentals and that I must pay a parking fee. There was no “thank you” or hope you have a great stay or let us know if you need anything…..They set the tone for my stay. This place is fine if you are doing something connected with the university but not if you are a travel or wanting to check out Tuscaloosa."

"Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Its amenities make you feel as if your home. Everything you may need is within a reasonable distance from home. The host was very accommodating. I would give this home 10 stars.I enjoyed my stay, not enough good things to say about home and host. "

"The space was perfect for our family to come together and cook! The rooms were clean and spacious: the front family room and game room gave us space to fellowship. The kitchen was my favorite so big and had almost everything we needed. The code wouldn’t work when we arrived but we called and they were quick to help. Many close by stores for supplies. We plan to bring our kids in July we hope to book this house again "
