Beautiful property with lots of activities for kids. It's a warm, fun atmosphere where everyone is having fun. However the room was very small & the pool was in serious need of cleaning. Stickney's was good but Bretton Arms Resturant was not worth the costs at all.

The rooms are very nice was a little cool at night, though the first night but then tended to warm up but they were lovely. Service was fine.
