"Pros: Inside of home is very clean and pictures are accurate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The house is very close to the Fort. Also close to a walmart.Cons: The picture of the outside of the house and surroundings are not accurate. We pulled into the neighborhood that was really run down with tons of trash/broken in the yards surrounding the house. Upon first arriving, I did not believe we were in a safe neighborhood. We ultimately had no safety issues and it was a quiet neighborhood. The owner sent a message before arrival indicating that the automatic lock only worked a certain way when closing the door. We tried over and over to get the lock to work and never could. It's the only way to pick the front door when you leave. We ended up having to lock from the inside and head out the back door and lock. It was very frustrating. The first morning we were there, an animal had nested in the dryer vent. I sent a message to the owner and got no response. All in all, I will say this is an ok place to stay of visiting family at the fort. I would not stay at this property again. "

"The home was exactly as shown and very clean. My two corgis loved the neighboring dogs and would excited run to greet them in the large fenced in back yard. Several pots and pans to making meals at home a breeze. Coffee maker and Pod machine helped to start the day. TV's in all bedrooms and the family room. Great host and beautiful home!! Lots of stuff to do nearby: Oak Grove Casino, Fort Campbell Base with a new museum coming soon, Excape Clarksville, BBQ and a What-A-Burger. This is our 2nd time renting this home and will return again. :)"

"The place is next to the Ft Campbell base which is nice. We were seeing my nephew home from Kuwait. He was delayed so we had to wait until Saturday 1am for his landing. We expected him Friday. The door was malfunctioning and wouldn’t lock, which I discussed with Mrs Garrett over the phone. She grew frustrated that I manually locked it and then said she would give me the code to the lock box reluctantly. She mentioned she was worried I would make a copy of the key to the home. I assured her I am not even close from around here and I am clearly under her security camera surveillance at all times and will put the keys right back into the lock box . Which I promptly did. We still were never able to leave the property with locked doors. I think the battery was dying or something. The beds were uncomfortable. I felt the springs. But the home was nicely set up and decorated. It smelled nice. It was clean and had TVs in every room that worked great. There are a list of rules you must follow including cleaning out the grill coals. That was odd to me. I’ve never been asked to do that and must have been watched on camera because I got an email as soon as I used the grill to remind me to not leave the grill with coals in it . When I left I sent them a message letting them know I followed all their rules and still lock the door. They sent me an email saying they left me good reviews and to please leave them one as well . I’ve been asked 3 times to leave a review. I normally would not . "
