"Staff and property were both fine, but the noise made at night by the guest next door to us was awful. Tuey were up all night in and out of their room slamming the door and at around 2 AM he was actually singing very loudly. I got no sleep."

"We stayed 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I was told there were too many rooms occupied, we were in the room when cleaning staff came to do the room (not true), we saw the housekeeping staff outside our room yesterday and asked if she could clean it, response was yes. We left the hotel for 45 mins to allow cleaning. We returned the cleaning staff had gone, our room still unclean, no beds made. Spoke to reception again, they would look into it. Very frustrating. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN breakfast very poor choices. Reception very unfriendly, very disappointing "

"It was a busy weekend and there was only 1 elevator working. Sometimes had to wait 15 minutes to get on. My stay was for 4 days and they only cleaned by room once. We went for breakfast in the restaurant they were out of syrup for 3 days, no pancakes. Not a good experience. The hall ways were not kept clean. "

"The lobby is beautiful. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The room had a beautiful updated bathroom. "

"The gentleman that checked me in was very nice. Gave us a ground floor room. The bathroom was clean. The room was ok. Lamps were either dirty or just old. Not sure which. TV was hard to figure out, but a lot of channels. Beds were comfortable. The price was great!!! Plus they have a 1 pet for free policy, that was great. Most hotels charge $50 up. Went to front desk at 6:15am expecting coffee. I knew there was no breakfast, that was fine. No coffee either!! Just an empty space where it usually sits. "
