"The room was clean. The staff was great. We dealt with Carl at the desk and enjoyed his banter and his help with ideas of what to do . Our one and only complaint would be the abundance of Chlorine in the Hot Tub. "

"We stayed late March, so off-season - The room was very clean and property was quiet. The staff was very friendly, and the complimentary chocolates were yummy. We had some issues, but were given a partial refund for those issues at the end, so the resort made it right. That said, it did hamper our experience: - The exterior light outside our room atop the stairs didn't work, so at night it was quite dark and a bit dangerous. - TV in the main living area didn't work - no power. The much smaller room TV did work though. - The fireplace didn't work. They said the pilot light likely blew out. - Neither my wife nor I had no cell reception - total dead zone - which is no fault of the resort, but the in-room telephone didn't work either. We couldn't make any outbound calls, not even to the front desk. This became a bigger issue when we had to contact a doctor for our daughter who had a medical emergency while traveling out of state. Each of these wasn't a big deal, but all of them together was. Again, the resort did provide a refund at the end since that's when we brought up the issues, but I think these things should have been checked and fixed prior to us staying there."

"Another great stay at the Scandinavian Lodge. The room was spacious and clean. The location is great. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the staff was friendly at check-in, checkout and when we called the front desk with a question. Would stay again!"

"There was no staff at this motel. Rooms are large and clean. The location is perfect. "

"The Coachlite is our go to in Door County. A great location, wonderful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds and a fair price. "

"I'm not sure how this hotel gets such high marks. The room was beyond tired. There was urine and toilet paper in the toilet when we checked in. The bed and frames were awful and downright dangerous (see photos). There was crud hanging from the ceiling by HVAC split unit (again, see photos). The shower was moldy and disgusting . I would like to say that they were really busy, but as far as we could tell, we were one of only two guests checking in on this winterid-week night. To add insult to injury, when we reserved, we were charged for an additional person (we were only 2 people ) in a room with 2 queen beds! PS. For some reason the photos don't seem to be loading! We'll see. "
