"The Archer was a very clean and nice hotel my wife and I stayed there for the weekend for a getaway just something to do the employees were very nice as well I recommend if you’re in the northern Virginia area stay there"

"I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this Hyatt property. I booked a room for March 6 but cancelled the reservation within about an hour after learning that my international travel plans had changed due to a major disruption overseas. A Hyatt representative even sent a waiver to the front desk confirming the charge should be waived. Despite cancelling immediately and never checking in or using the room, I was still charged. When I contacted the hotel, the manager refused to review the situation and stated that because the hotel was fully booked that night, a refund would not be issued. This was very frustrating, especially given the circumstances and the waiver that had already been sent. I have since escalated the issue to Hyatt corporate and hope they will resolve it fairly. I expected better customer service and understanding from a brand like Hyatt."
