"Room was disgusting....floor not swept, things sticking to our feet. Toilet paper didnt't have a holder, shower disgusting wouldnt take a shower. Heater didn't work. Dogs barking and people knocking on our room door...felt unsafe."

"The hotel room was dusty, the bathroom sink had toothpaste left from a previous guest. Paper around the bed. Sewer smells in the room. The hotel was,booked otherwise I would have gotten another room. The worse stay I'll never stay at that hotel again "

"Clean new room"

"Not a hotel, this is a motel! This "hotel" had no tissue, only 1 towel, and the room was not cleaned. There was 1 staff available to clean all rooms. I witnessed at least 4 people check out within 10 minutes of checking in, due to the same issues. The African American lady at the front was really nice and professional, she brought up light bulbs and tissue. She contacted the owner but he stated he was not going to approve anything she asked. My family and I had to check out as well after 20 minutes. Please don't come here, go anywhere else. "

"The property was so bad, we didn’t even stay the night. We didn’t bother getting a refund and quite literally just left. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly and while we do appreciate their service, the rooms were not clean at all. The first room they gave us had not even been cleaned yet, as blankets and bath towels were on the floor. The second room they gave us was clean, but the air conditioner wasn’t working, the room smelled moldy, and the bathtub was dirty. "

"Trains went right next to our room all night which made it hard to sleep. Marcus and the rest of the front desk staff were awesome!!!!"
