"Located conveniently to downtown and surrounding sights which were not far by car Would be great if host provided restaurant recommendations in the room Only negative is there us no hottub at the pool (I thought the small pool was a hottub) and the hot water for shower is wonky otherwise great stay"

Manager/owner Vaughn very helpful. Code opens electric/hydraulic gate at entrance to grounds. Convenient to Batibou Beach (approx 12min by car). Drive to Portsmouth for market days took 18-20min by car."
