"Accessibility is poor especially if you are traveling with kids. Room was not cleaned while we were away even though the reservation was for 2 days. The only good thing is it's proximity to the fisherman's wharf."

The first morning I was awakened by several workers who were doing something in an adjacent room. They were extremely loud and this went on for several hours. I checked out that night...a day and a half early. "

"Breakfast was hit, fresh and excellent variety. Room was clean, quiet and well maintained by housekeeping. Staff, from front desk to maintenance were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Parking was underground and safe. "

"We were greeted by the bell staff who were very friendly and got us a cart if though we didn’t ask for one. Front desk was friendly and answered my questions. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. A great stay and we will return"
