What a hidden gem in Townsville! We absolutely loved our stay at Victoria Street Boutique Hotel. Every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the luxe shower products to the complimentary local craft beers in the mini bar on arrival. Such lovely touches that make the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel to anyone visiting A standout stay that truly exceeds expectations. We can’t wait to return!

My husband surprised me by booking our anniversary night at your beautiful hotel. All staff were delightful, fun and graceful to all guests. I had a massage before dinner and the masseur (sorry, can't remember her name) was fantastic. Dinner was delicious and each course was eagerly looked forward to. Next morning breakfast on the terrace overlooking the garden was perfect. We will definitely recommend your hotel to all our friends and hope to spend more than one night next time.

My stay exceeded my expectations for a quiet mini retreat. Such a unique, lush, hospitable and peaceful place. Breakfast was a highlight - as were the grounds, the gardens, the views, the peace and quiet, the quirky recycled items, the birdsong and the comfortable bed.

Clean room Easy access and parking

Very helpful owners. Loved the kitchen and availability of the big fridge

Beautifully renovated building in Art Deco style. The high gloss timber floors, the wallpaper, the ceiling rosettes, this property has it all. I fell in love the moment I walked in and will never stay in another cold impersonal motel room in Cairns again.

Clean, friendly, quiet and comfortable. A relaxing weekend getaway

Stone haven guest house was the perfect place to get away for a night. The host greeted us warmly, showed us our room promptly and left us to enjoy our time together. Our room was very comfortable, bed felt luxurious, and our spa was a nice treat. The grounds had several spots for sitting and enjoying the afternoon and rainforest sounds. There was a decent dvd collection which we had fun looking over. The only one tiny thing I would have requested different would be better quality coffee and...

Sue the host was wonderful and very helpful. The Room was very comfortable and spacious. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended stay.

Had an amazing weekend Great place to do lots or just relax.

Easiest check-in and check-out process. Property super clean. Love the ocean view. Very close to public transport. Close to beach Close to shops Reasonably priced outdoor parking across the road from accommodation.

Such a beautiful spot. Great views. Helpful manager. Will be staying again in the near future. 😍

Lovely, quiet clean room and shared facilities with onsite parking. Easy to access public transport if needed and close to local shops, hospital and university. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We love it here. It was our 2nd visit. Chris does a marvellous job making people feel welcome and works very hard along with his wife and volunteers to maintain the facilities. We love that all the rooms have a different theme and the animals and butterflies add to the quirkiness and interest of the butterfly farm. The food is also great.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. The house is so beautifully decorated and well appointed with so many tasteful touches. We loved the serenity of the house where we could hear so many lovely birds in the surrounding trees. We enjoyed having some meals in the house thanks to the gorgeous kitchen. The house is very close to Cow Bay Beach (about 5 minute drive) which is really lovely and secluded. The proximity to Cape Tribulation was also very nice as it afforded the opportunity to...

What an amazing stay we had, nothing like it anywhere else. The animals were just amazing, the hot tub was amazing and the lovely service from the host just put the cherry on top ;)
