"This room was absolutely disgusting. Unvaccumed floors , dirty bathroom with mud caked on ground. Hole in wall covered by literal trash. A huge gap around the door (literally so big on the bottom anyone would be able to look under and see everything). Fridge did not work. Sadly found out after storing our food in it and having too throw it away. Customer service was trash. The only thing decent about this stay was the complimentary breakfast. Stay somewhere else"

"The staff did not accommodate us to what we asked. They gave us two towels in our hands and then came back later when we were gone and took one back. After we had asked for no room service and not to come in our room. The ice machine was not working the entire 4 days we were there. The phone in our room was not working. They have no elevators. I requested a room on the first floor and when we got there the room we had the lock on the door was broke. So I had to walk up the stairs to the second floor the entire 4 days I was there. I am handicapped that's why I requested the first floor. Can't do stairs well."

Y me dijeron que lo pusiera donde sea Y el carro era rentado no podía dejarlo donde sea porque si pasaba algo tendría que haber pagado una cantidad estúpida de dinero. Les dije que me regresaran mi dinero y dijeron que metiera un papel con la manager que regresaba el día siguiente. Y eran las 12 de la noche Y tuve que ir a buscar donde dormir y perdí mi dinero . Es el peor lugar que he ido"

"Stay on the backside of hotel or on the 1st or 2nd level to avoid the interstate traffic noise. I was up on the top floor on the front side and heard a lot of motor cycle noise and semi’s starting at 5 am all five mornings. Breakfast and staff were good. I have stayed on the 2nd floor on the front side twice before and never heard the highway noise before, must of been because I was on the top floor and didn’t have any trees blocking the noise."
