"Staff was very helpful but at times didn’t follow through. We asked for help with separating the beds and that help never came. Room was clean but when we separated the beds it was clear they’ve not cleaned underneath Elevators were slow and then one stopped working. Hotels seemed to be almost at capacity so the wait was very long. Beautiful views but prepare to have late nights without sleep as the hotel is in the middle of the resort and there is a lot of noise and lights. Curtains help with the light. You can use some ear plugs tho if you want to turn in early."

"I loved the view from my balcony. Its right on the beach. There are several restaurants within spitting distance of the property. Its perfectly located if you want a relaxing beach get away. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooftop jacuzzi is so perfect late at night. Loved it here. Would totally stay here again."
