"Qualities is one of the best places to stay in Winslow, the staff is always friendly and make you feel like they've known you forever!😁 They have a nice little breakfast in the morning and it's right off the freeway!!"

"My room was changed at my request because I couldn’t climb the stairs. We were unaware that one of our keys was missing. My daughter took a photo of our room and it shows a toothpick used and broken on the silver tray in the room . When I showed this to the clerk he was uninterested. Anyway we found the key so I was not charged the 50 dollars. A little nicer clerk would be helpful."
