"Elevator seemed to have its own sweet time to run on. Wi-Fi was very in and out. Not stable at all. Lightning plug on one side of the bed didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices and kept clean."

"The property was clean and well-maintained. Convenient to downtown and ample parking. I made the booking for my elderly parent, and there was no grab bar in the shower, and the toilet was so low to the ground it was difficult for her to use. The staff was friendly, but the communication at the desk was poor and my mother never received a critical wake up call, although THREE people assured me she would."

"John's cozy little bungalow is the perfect little getaway in the heart of Northampton without feeling like you are! Looking out to the river from the bedroom window every morning was magical!John is very responsive and has thought of everything for amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry. Loved being able to do our laundry in the spotless basement! (who has a spotless basement?!!) The Digital kettle he provided for tea water was so unique and handy that I got right on Amazon and ordered one for myself! The bed and pillows were excellent. Super comfy. Others had complained of noise from 91 or the airport. We never heard either! The only sound I heard was the crew team out on the water, which was very soothing!Definitely recommend staying here. You'll be 2 minutes to town or 91. Great place to take a run or walk in the morning too!"

"A nicely located property within walking distance of the Smith College campus and a little farther but still walkable to downtown and restaurants. Parking was easy right outside my door. Because of an early departure I did not experience breakfast service, but I was pleasantly surprised that coffee was available and some cookies in a jar."
