"There,was only one lift for the whole hotel which was,a really old one and only held 4 people.Our room was,not cleaned or wet towels replaced until we complained of tea tray filled up or bin empties.We had to complain on three r Occasions.There,were no bed side lights so if you got out in the night ..."
