Parking is a bit confusing but once you get in and find the keys, you are good to go. Be careful which way you exit into the parking garage upon leaving, if u go out the wrong door, you will have a bit of a walk to get back in and down to your car.
Other than that, the stay was very comfortable and worth the money.

Very well centred close to Eaton Centre and dinning options. Their bathroom toiletries are cheap for the price we pay. It used to be more apothecary product, I always like the verbena scent( they do not have this since few years ago). Every time I come to Toronto I stay here since over 30 years. The toilet was noise. It make a loud sound every time I flush. My room does not have smart tv. I do not know if the property has smart tvs. I have never use a tv in the Chelsea. But last night I tried to cast my favourite show: I can not do that. The fire alarm was on for a time and the hotel never gave us unless 30 minutes late checkout or more minutes for our car in the garage. We were wait in our rooms for instructions before be able to take our shower.
