The Space:
☀ Located just a short walk from North Wildwood Beach, this inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit is perfect for a relaxing coastal retreat. The main bedroom offers a comfortable Queen bed, while the second bedroom features a versatile adult bunk with a Full-size bed over a Queen and a twin trundle pullout. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy, and we have a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience. We don't supply the pods but your welcome to bring them to enjoy coffee. Smart ROKU TVs in every room provide endless entertainment. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower and take advantage of the shared washer and dryer in the building. Please note, this unit is cooled by window ACs. Your ideal coastal retreat awaits!

☀ Upon booking, guests are required to sign a rental agreement.
☀ A $500 security hold will also be required, collected through a secure, off-platform process upon signing the rental agreement. However, the hold will not be placed until 2 days before arrival and will be released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported. Please note that we use OwnerRez, a hotel-style software, to securely manage off-platform security deposits.
☀ Transportation options in North Wildwood are plentiful, including Uber, Lyft, and the tram car on the boardwalk. You can also rent a golf cart or bike from local establishments on the island.
☀ No linens are provided. We do offer a quilt, sleeping pillows in our unit. But there are several places nearby that offers linens on rent.
☀ Please be aware that the unit does not have heating. ☀ We do not offer shampoos or soap in our unit.
☀ Please note that guests will need to climb stairs to access the unit, so please consider this when booking.
☀ During your stay, you'll have access to the shared laundry facility, complete with a washer and dryer conveniently located on the side of the building.
☀ We offer a starter kit of 1-2 laundry pods for washer/dryer and for dishwasher and 1 roll of toilet paper.
☀ If anyone who leaves without putting the parking pass back on the kitchen counter will be charged $500 security deposit.
