    Things to Remember:

    Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

    Parking: There are 2 labeled parking spaces (one in front and one in the covered parking area) included.

    Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

    Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

    Beach Essentials: The property includes 6 Beach Chairs, 1 Umbrella and cooler for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

    Comfort and Convenience: This condo offers a spacious and practical layout designed to accommodate up to thirteen guests. The living area provides a comfortable place to relax and includes a TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. The kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and essential cookware for preparing meals. Guests can dine indoors at the dining area or enjoy outdoor cooking using the grill. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.
