the positives… The location is great for the beach. It was literally five minute walk and if you wanted to hit the boardwalk in Wildwood, it was only a 1 mile walk. There was a great concrete seawall that you can walk, which then connects to the boardwalk if you’re looking for a safe place to exercise with an amazing view! I am not a frequent Beach traveler however I do know that for what I paid for three nights in North Wildwood, I would have gotten ten days in Maine with a private cottage!There are plenty of stores & food close by! The negative, in the weeks leading up, I got many texts telling me you get one parking spot with your room, if you park in a diff spot, you will B towed. after a 6 our ride we find someone in our spot. we were an hour early, so we drove around & came back at our 3pm check-in. the car was still there. text again and waited. Another 20 minutes until they left. then went to Walmart to gather our groceries for the next four days. Arrived back, put groceries away & went to the beach. We came back to find the fridge not cooling! Text, we were told to see how it was in the morning, by then we lost all our groceries! They brought a new fridge but didn’t reimburse for the lost food until Sunday & did not comp us for the late check in or fridge disruption, I asked. signs everywhere “no smoking” several people vaped & in Shared spaces (pool/grill) huge speakers played loud music. I felt like I was invading in others private space. It was odd.
