Unit was clean and comfortable. Furniture was old and needed replacing. Nice deck to sit on. View was fabulous. Good location right next to the end of Wildwood boardwalk.

Great Location, easy stay

Our group had a fantastic stay! Communication re: COVID guidelines was clear, and check-in was done with limited contact. Staff checked in daily to see if we needed towels/trash removed. Location was perfect, right at the foot of the boardwalk. They even let us leave our car in the lot to squeeze some post-checkout beach time. Definitely recommend.

Excellent choice for beachfront stay!! Room was well equipped with ALL kitchen essentials. A full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffeepot, pots, pans,and utensils. Nice balcony with chairs, tables and ashtray (if needed) Pool was gorgeous - a little warm for my liking. I am already looking forward to next year ! Thank you to the outstanding staff and management for a fantastic vacation !

Nice unit on 2nd floor. Great view. Daniel the manager is great. Location is great at beginning of Boardwalk. Quiet location. There is no elevator and it is 3 stories. Pool is really nice with BBQ area

It was misleading by the picture on line. The lady at front desk wasn’t customer friendly. The pool was for hotel guests only. She let her grandkids swim in pool. I asked her a question she gave me attitude. Exhaust fan Sounded like a old car trying to start. I feel sorry for the guy she worked with at desk. It seems like he wanted to do right thing for customers but she wouldn’t let him do it. My room was supposed to be ocean view, only I had was pool view. I lost my wife in January. Trying to show my kids a nice place to stay for the weekend. Had my worst experiences for a long time. Feel sorry for my kids for bad experience. It wasn’t worth the money I spent for bad experience we had.

Be careful with only booking

The location was great! Just the price for the hotel didn't match with the comfort. Hotels.com displayed the room as suitable for 4 adults and 2 kids. We traveled as a family of 5. Due to the fact that our eldest son is 16 year already the hotel booking was confirmed with 50% extra cost. This cost wasn't mentioned in the offer of hotels.com and we never got any feedback from hotels.com, how to handle this issue. Extra cost didn't mean extra comfort. The room and the beds were too small for a family of 5. The extra sofa was a joke. Impossible to sleep a single night on and not at all to spend your vacations on. All in all, great location, but bad job and no support of the booking portal.

Le Boot Review

Our stay was nice. It is an older hotel with no elevator (which if you get an accommodation on the 1st or 2nd floor it might not have been an issue) but we were on the 3rd floor and the steps seemed to multiply over each trip up and down them. However, we had some amazing views from our room and balcony on the 3rd floor. We had plenty of towels and space in our rooms. It was nice having a full-sized refrigerator, tables and chairs as well as a ceiling fan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to saty

We just came down for one night. Our room was ready when we got there and very clean. The people working the front front desk were very nice and helpful. We were on the third floor and the view of the ocean was very nice. We are planning to stay there again.

Right on the beach

Very simple and laid back place, a lot of pots, pans and utensils in the room. Big fridge and comfortable beds. The air condition was very loud and the wifi doesn't work. Otherwise it was a nice stay, short walk to the Boardwalk and beach. The pool was heated and very clean.

Le Boot - I would stay again.

The location was excellent. The price was reasonable. The room was clean, but the double beds were a bit too small for two people. We were on the first floor and there was a bit of street noise. The A/C was noisy. The wifi could have been stronger.

Nice size pool; ideal beach front location; just make sure you ask for a room on an upper floor so you can actually see the ocean, but all the rooms are facing the beach and at the north end of the boardwalk. No complaints but the bedroom could have been bigger. It has all necessary appliances and utensils but a tiny kitchen. Customer service was excellent, the gals at the front desk were very friendly. Overall, I was satisfied.

Clean and modern hotel

Enjoyed my stay at Le Boot. I would definitely come back next year. The room was very clean and modern. The room did not have that usual cheesy wildwood feel from staying at a typical wildwood hotel. One of the nicest hotels I've been to in Wildwood. Loved the room decor. Some friends visited our room and liked it soo much they even said that they would come back and reserve at Le Boot. Very nice accommodations for a reasonable price

Wonderful location, good stay

A friend and my 20 yo daughter and I had a nice two night stay at Le Boot. Pros-- fabulous location, right across a pedestrian street to beach, and at north end of the Boardwalk. Free parking, nice fully stocked kitchenette, lovely table and chairs. Decent AC. Lovely pool, free coffee in morning. Cons-- slatted door between bedroom and living room ( with pullout couch) meant all noise travelled in both directions as if there was no door. So those in one room could not fall asleep while the others were up. Room was tired, needed an update although everything was serviceable. We had an odd situation with our shower (room 100). The dials were reversed, so that red was cold and blue was hot. But the not so friendly red haired lady at the front desk hadn't mentioned it to us until we had no hot water for showers. The next morning we went in to ask about it and she told us, seeming pretty unconcerned about her oversight. What really bothered us about her attitude, however, is that she had spent quite a bit of time ensuring that we knew the smoking policy (none), and the parking policy(one car only) and the pool policy (have to get a wristband each day)-- all kind of warnings, with no seeming concern for our comfort. That was reinforced when we checked out and asked to use the pool after checkout. We were grudgingly "given" a whole two hours, till noon. We noticed that it was far from crowded while we were there, perhaps one or two other families.

Convenient location

The rooms we're old and certainly not worth the cost. I was very disappointed. The sheets were used, the towels we're not all spotless, and even the kitchen wash cloth was soiled looking. North Wildwood is beautiful though and Sam's still has the best pizza since my family started going there back in the 1960's. Next year it will be worth the money to stay in a newer condo. Time to tear down and rebuild the LeBoot.
