9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
One of the best hotels we've ever been in. The staff and amenities are sensational. We've never seen staff go out of their way to make your stay a lifetime experience! The luxury amenities from heated towel racks to every type of glassware needed to a cloudlike bed are just a few things to experience. A++++ rating!

9.4/10 Exceptional! (650 reviews)
The bed was difficult to get into for the person sleeping closer to the wall. There was no sheet on the bed, only a comforter. The iPad is a must for controls and requests - I asked for an alternative and was told there wasn’t one. Caution that there is a homeless shelter feet away from the hotel - I didn’t feel safe walking alone down Peter St.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,459 reviews)
We stayed in a standard double room. The room was a little small with a huge comfy bed,(super king) and had great sleeps.
The bathroom was huge and had plenty of soaps, shampoo and body lotion and clean soft towels .
Tea and coffee were always stocked up. TV was big and easy to work.
The hotel is in a good central location and everything is within easy walking distance, including bus stops if you are less mobile.
Buffet breakfast was brilliant. The quality of the food and choice was good.
You can have bacon, eggs sausages etc. cold meats cheese and salmon. Salads and cereal, overnight oats, porridge . Breads, cakes, croissants and toast.

"Property is OK just a Garden inn nothing exciting. The property is in the middle of business district very very far away from any tourist interests. They claim they have bus stops in front of the hotel and yes, they do but these are local buses carrying the office employees to the area offices. There ..."

"What an amazing place to stay! Everyone was so lovely and I would highly recommend anyone to stay. It’s close to a tramline, so accessible for travelling to the best spots.
