"Nice upgrade to a sea view room as it is my birthday. Enjoyed our stay, the only thing was the shower was not very powerful so coukdnt wash my hair and no shower head only the small attachment that usually comes with the shower!"

"This is a lovely hotel in beautiful Betws-y-coed in the heart of Snowdonia. We have stayed at this hotel many times, as the lodges are very clean, comfortable and to a high standard of comfort. The staff are always very pleasant and happy to help and the breakfast is very plentiful and delicious"

"Host was lovely very friendly, the room was jaded and need updating but was clean and good for a one night stop before catching the ferry. Great continental breakfast included which was excellent."
