We stayed here for four nights at the end of August with our two kids. It's a cool house, but it wasn't super clean, and I thought it was overpriced given the condition of the house. Check in was easy and the RP team was helpful and responsive. We really loved the pool. It's definitely unique to find a home with a pool in the area, and for our kids it was nice to swim in the late afternoon after a day of hiking or the beach. This was the main selling point for us. The location is amazing. It's a very short drive or walk to a general store and small restaurant. It's quick and easy to get to beaches on both sides of the Cape as well as Wellfleet and P-Town. There is so much to do! Two drawbacks: -The property is very "lived in" and it was not super clean. Some of the bedding clearly hadn't been washed. There was dog waste in the backyard and dishes on the counter , and the house had a definite odor (the stairs and second floor are carpeted with a pretty old carpet). -It was felt really overpriced at a total of about 1k a night. We had to bring our own sheets and make the beds, and the list of "clean up" chores is really long. There wasn't any coffee, which is a small detail but something that I've found most rentals at this price point offer if they have a coffee maker. We've stayed in rentals that just let you walk out the door, we had to sweep, take out trash, empty the dishwasher, etc. At this price point I would expect for cleaning to be totally covered.
