"PROS: This place has a great location with access to Riverfront Park trails. Front Desk was awesome in helping us when we were delayed a whole day. CONS: I would suggest to pick the view you want because there are some that look into the other buildings. Also- maid service ended up being sporadic."

"The breakfast vouchers for Denney's were great! The bed was super comfortable. "

"The staff are friendly and it is located next to the airport. We left our car there for a minimal fee and were shuttled to the airport., so convenient!"

"We had a blast! It was convenient to the concert we attended and it was great to have a good breakfast and spend time in the pool and hot tub the next day. Thank you for making our get away be comfortable and thank you to the always friendly staff!"

"We were shuttled to a different property that was not the Grand. They were apparently overbooked! We did not get a king size bed, we did not get any information about amenities and the in hotel food was not hot and the care was very haphazard. This was a very disappointing experience. They had called and left a message asking us to call in the afternoon but we were out of cell contact. When we arrived we were told about the change. There was no indication of an adjustment just that they were sorry about it. I have not followed up yet with the hotel yet but I will! Not what we expected at all and our first bad experience with Expedia ever!"
