"The location is perfect just a few steps from The Commons where there are plenty of restaurants and a pedestrian walk. Very convenient to get to Cornell or Ithaca College. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"The reservation for an accessible room with a walk in shower was not carried out, Our room had a tub. The room was minimally equipped for a very high price of over $200 for the area. The room next door had guests paying very loud music. The were shouting and banging walls until the middle of the night. There was no intervention by staff. Police had to be called when we were checking in to quell a dangerous situation with another guest. Breakfast was poor. We learned that the Quality Inn was missing an important element ---Quality. We stay in hotels all over the world. Never again will it be a Choice Inc. Hotel."
